I teach students age 18+ with levels A2-C1. I enjoy helping students improve their written and spoken English, helping them achieve their goals (such as preparing for interviews or exams), and working to discover new idioms, phrasal verbs, and vocabulary. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy English in an enjoyable and safe environment and my classroom is one of those places! :)

My goal is to help YOU be confident when using the English language. You may want to learn more vocabulary to help you at work, when travelling, or to impress your friends - and I'm here to help you. For General English classes, I like to use authentic materials such as

• TED talks
• newspapers
• magazine articles
• books
• podcasts.

My lessons are relaxed, but you will learn how to speak English more accurately and more confidently, you'll learn everyday phrases and develop your vocabulary and grammar as well. Homework and progress tests are available if you want them, and am happy to customise lessons depending on what you need. Some students only want to focus on being confident speakers and others want to work on everything. Whatever you need, let’s have a chat and see how I can help you.

I have been teaching since 2017 and enjoy both General English and Cambridge exams classes. I specialise in helping students prepare for the Cambridge Advanced (C1) exam, so if you’re looking to take this in the future - let’s connect! Most of my students are from Taiwan, Spain, Italy and Germany and have a B2 / C1 level of English. However, I have experience teaching students from 3 to 65 at levels A0 to C1. I have been lucky with my jobs and have taught in Taiwan, Poland and England.

Aside from being a teacher, I am also a content writer. If you want to improve your writing skills, I can absolutely help you with this. I also love learning languages. I learned Chinese and French at school, but I have self-studied German, Spanish and Swedish, so I completely understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language. I also know how much FUN it can be!
