Whether you're looking to learn English for travelling, better job opportunities, or to gain a Cambridge certificate, I'm here to help with my degree in modern foreign languages and the CELTA certificate. Not being a native speaker has given me the advantage of understanding what the real difficulties and differences are between the two languages, which makes me an effective guide for Italians learning English.

My PowerPoints are an important tool for conducting my lessons. Interactive, engaging, visual, and simple are key adjectives that describe my teaching. Vocabulary, grammar, and other concepts are always explained and demonstrated through an intelligent, interactive learning path using images, sounds, dialogues, videos, exercises, and games. In this sense, an interactive and audiovisual approach has proven to be the most effective. “No matter your level, I explain even the most complex topics simply and enjoyably. My goal isn’t to make your life harder, it’s to make it easier."

Over the past few years, I have taught English both in-person and online, working with children, teenagers, and adults. I also completed a three-month PGCE placement in Canterbury, which allowed me to develop strong classroom management skills and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs. My experience teaching online has taught me how to create dynamic and interactive virtual lessons that keep students motivated and confident in their language learning journey.

My background outside of teaching is in the beauty and retail sector. During my time at Sephora, I developed strong communication, customer service, and training skills, which now support my ability to work confidently with different learners. “I love skincare, so if you’re a skincare addict like me, we’ll have plenty to talk about!”
