Biografía:
Hi everyone! I have spent the last 16 years helping students from all parts of the world reach their English language goals, including preparing for IELTS examinations, studying abroad or immigration, and developing conversational English skills, for work or for leisure. I enjoy providing interactive classes that are focused on my students, giving them plenty of opportunity to learn and practice what is taught during lessons, and to share their ideas and experiences confidently and comfortably.

Mi experiencia docente:
I have been teaching English (ESL/EFL/EAL) for over 16 years face-to-face and online, with students ranging from 6 years old all the way to 60 years old from many different parts of the world. I have instructed English courses in various private and public institutes, including various universities and English language schools in Canada, South Korea, and Japan. Furthermore, I have experience with various class sizes, from one-on-one to more than 50 students in a class. My experiences have helped me develop the skills to be receptive and understanding of what students want and need to help them achieve their goals.
Mi experiencia fuera de la enseñanza:
Through my experience growing up of seeing my parents, who immigrated from Uruguay in South America to Canada, struggle adapting to a new language and culture, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges of learning and becoming proficient in a new language. Furthermore, my 12 years of customer service experience, as well as experience in the finance industry, have helped in developing strong communication skills and the ability to be sensitive and aware of the wants and needs of my students.
