I have several years of experience teaching English to a diverse range of students, including children, teenagers, and adults. I have taught beginners who are just starting their language journey, as well as advanced learners aiming to refine their skills. My focus has been on practical communication, helping professionals improve their Business English for work, and supporting learners who want to build speaking confidence and pronunciation. I have experience conducting both online and in-person lessons, adapting my teaching methods to suit each student’s learning style and goals. Working with different age groups and backgrounds has taught me to create engaging, student-centred lessons that motivate and encourage steady progress. I enjoy using real-life topics and interactive activities like to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. My aim is always to provide a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable practicing and growing their English skills at their own pace.

Outside of teaching, I have a strong background in customer service, sales, and administration. I’ve worked in various international call centres as a customer service representative, sales agent, and retentions specialist for companies like T-Mobile, Earthlink, and Simply Energy. I also have experience in reception, waitressing, and promotional sales, all of which helped me develop excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I have completed training in Excel, project management, and pursuing training in data science and software engineering.
