I translate grammar complexity and nuance into language that is beautiful and powerful. I teach with the conversation - correction - conversation method. First we discuss an interesting topic, I note down areas where you could improve, we work on them together, then we talk some more to check if the problem is gone. I'm happy to help you with grammar up to the C2 level. I'm currently learning French, Japanese, Python and Chinese - so I'm super excited to discuss these! Let's talk!

Mi experiencia docente:
I passed Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) and Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE), both with the highest grade. When I teach, I mix my personal approach with the techniques I learned during CELTA and my time at the university. This allows me to keep learners constantly motivated and challenged and use a more systemic approach when I need to work on persistent mistakes. I have been able to build effective and personalised learning processes and achieve excellent results to meet the needs of tens of diverse learners. I studied Applied Linguistics in French and Japanese at the University of Warsaw. This allowed me to see some of the methods utilised by the best language professors in my country. I quit uni and decided to continue to learn these languages and linguistic theory on my own. I avoid using schoolbooks and prefer more relatable media whenever possible. This has been, after all, how I have been learning.
Mi experiencia fuera de la enseñanza:
Aside from being a teacher, I'm also a street performer and a juggler. I've been juggling since I was 9. If you have trouble with confidence, or with the so-called "language barrier", I'm excited to help; I used to be a pretty shy kid before I learned how to start a performance in the middle of the main square :) Performing allowed to visit several countries all around the world, and I had the opportunity to speak English in many different contexts - business, on-stage, chatting, studying, work, party, formal, hitchhiking, comedy, negotiation, and many more. Obviously your language will depend on who you're talking to - whether it's a native Londoner or a person who barely knows English. I teach these different approaches, contexts and slangs as well. If you want to be able to read Twitter easily, we'll work with Tweets, if you want to write essays, I love doing that! Of course, it's best to learn all these different and fascinating types of English :)
